Laura Miele is the EVP & Chief Operating Officer of Electronic Arts, where she is responsible for managing company-wide operations, including leadership of EA’s strategic planning framework. Previously, Laura served as the Chief Studios Officer, where she oversaw 25+ studios, bringing her expertise to empower transformative innovation at the creative heart of EA to deliver amazing experiences for half a billion players around the world.
In more than 25 years with EA, Laura has held a variety of strategic leadership roles across publishing, marketing, and analytics. Additionally, Laura has led EA’s efforts to advance representation across the company and its games. She founded the EA Women’s Ultimate Team ERG to promote gender diversity and equality both inside and outside the organization.
Laura has been recognized by AdAge’s “Women to Watch” and the San Francisco Business Times as one of the “Most Influential Women in Business” and was named to the 2020 Variety500, an index of the 500 most influential business leaders shaping the global media industry.
